I loved it! I burned 350 calories and sweat as much as ever, surprisingly! I feel great. But my coordination is a bit lacking, all the more reason to keep doing it to get used to the movements:) I lost 100+ lbs back in 2015-2016 walking and doing Dan and Kellys FB and kept it off til I broke my back in 2020. I've been back at it again about 6 weeks and already lost over 15 lbs. Thanks forever, FB ♥︎

Would you recommend the neutral spine for deadlifts? I have a hard time keep my pelvis tucked in and then I can’t lower as much into the deadlift due to my hamstring being tight. A while ago, I also injured my lower back due to poor posture I think😢

Accessible workouts! One of my favorite aspects of FB.
I'm an arm wrestler and this really helped me get relief with that shoulder and forearm pain
Love this concept! I've been on fitness blender since 2018 and have done hundreds of workouts that I still enjoy to this day. But I think many of the oldie but goodie tough HIIT routines could be remixed.

I found I wasn't really able to do this workout once I got into it, but rather than go looking for another one, I just swapped out most of the moves for low impact or related ones and I still got a good workout!
